Can Proper Breathing Help You Grow Taller?
Not many people know, but breathing is strongly connected to growing taller, but not any breathing will help you grow taller, only proper will be effective on growth and overall vitality in life.
Deep Breathing is effective and shallow breathing even stunts growth, so it’s really important to know how to breathe properly.
It’s Important to understand why we breath shallowly before we learn how to breathe properly and start growing taller, the most common reason for breathing shallowly is ANGER, there for anger stunts growth.
That is why many people say it’s important to be happy if you want to grow taller.
So How To Breathe Right?
I’ll show you here a simple but yet very effective, daily and if you can do those exercises before you go to sleep and first thing in the morning, this way you will get the most effective results.
Step 1:
Inhale air through your nose and to your belly slowly, the inhale should last about 6 seconds, make sure that your belly gets full of air and not your chest.
Step2:
Now after you inhaled hold your breath for about 5-10 seconds, at this point relax all of your muscles and feel your spine stretching.
Step 3:
Exhale the air very slowly for about 6 seconds, make sure you don’t loosen you stomach muscles as you exhale, and it will be better if you will exhale through your nose and through your mouth.
