Sit down and spread your legs apart as much as you can, and just stay this way. Now try to reach your toes, Keep your knees straight all the time and stop if they start bending.
After 20 second of staying in this position get back to the start and start reaching you other leg for, and stay there for another 20 seconds.
It’s a simple exercise that can make you grow taller.
