 The Super Cobra Stretch

Start like in the normal “cobra stretch”, now bring your body up into an inverted 'U' position, While you are doing that, put your chin against your chest.

And then slowly return to the original position. Stay in this “U” position for about 20-30 seconds.
It’s a simple exercise that can make you grow taller.
