The Table Stretch
Just sit down and make sure that your legs are straight. Place your palms on the floor close to your butt. Then put your chin against your chest like in the Super Cobra Stretch.
Now slowly bring your head back as far as you can without feeling pain and stay this way for about 5 seconds, While doing that, raise your butt so that your knees bend while the arms stay straight.
Reach the point in which your legs and back are horizontal to the floor. Now at this point your arms and lower legs will be vertical to the floor, Then stay in this position for about 20-30 seconds.
It’s a great exercise that can make you grow taller.
