Soft drinks, Coffee, Chocolate, Energy Drinks
- Trans Fats:
Margarine, Fast Food, Cookies, Cakes, Frozen Foods, Baked Goods
- Excessive Tobacco and Alcohol:
Liquor, Beer, Wine, Cigarettes, Pipes
I think it is pretty self-explanatory why those were the kind of foods you have to take in minimally. Those create bad impact to your body and health. So before it is too late, you better ditch those foods from your refrigerator, if there are any inside it and then replace it with healthy foods. Rejoice, for you now have the list of foods that you have to eat more of.

So there you have it. The list of the foods you need to eat and you have to ditch. I don’t want it to be that hard for you so as early as now, try to maintain a 30-40-30 diet. This means that your intake must be composed of 30% good fats, 40% lean protein and 30% of good carbohydrates.
